All dresses at Maria Bridal Boutique are custom made, altered, or tailored specifically for each client. As such, please note our strict no refund and no exchange policy.
Because every gown is individually crafted or modified to your specifications, refunds and exchanges are not permitted under any circumstances.
Custom orders, personalized garments, and all altered or tailored dresses are ineligible for return or exchange.
Once an order is placed and work has begun, cancellations, refunds, and exchanges cannot be accommodated for any reason.
We are unable to reimburse shipping costs or accept any item for return, regardless of circumstance, due to our bespoke process.
